Say if we wanted to start a game in half-Japanese version of Pokemon patches golden heart that is still a lot of dialogue in Japanese yet ... If you use this game, except for the real ROM English Full game comes out, right?

I wonder the same thing.
I think. But if it does not make a backup copy of the game and save the file before you use an English ROM. So, if something goes wrong, you still have to play a saved game.
